To be honest, I don’t really know how to draw hair, but I can show you the process. The drawing I made this time is a bit rough, but I think it shows the main process for my drawing of hair.
So basically I first drew the general outline of the hair.
And then draw some details by lines.
And then fill the color. I would also color the face so I can adjust the color.
Add the shadows. Just draw the general outline of the shadow, don't go into too many details yet. Just create the desired effect first.
Add some details of shadow. I usually just use the same technique as the second process to draw the shadow.
You can also do some highlights. I am not good at it as you can see, but I think you can do it to enrich the picture. You can also adjust the color to match the effect you want for the picture.
Actually I think the important thing that makes the hair look good it’s probably the shadows of face and environment, so it is better to think about the environment of the picture.
