So I was asking how many hours did you spend after all your drawings are well detailed and finished? Mine only got one hour just phone with finger fastest digital artist! (Just kidding not little too fast)๐คญ
It depends on the drawing, honestly
Some only take two hours or less (if im doing a basic portrait) but some, like the portrait I did of the Queen of Hyrule and Zelda, take like a week to finish, and I was working on that one maybe 5 hours a day haha
Comics take the longest time I could be working on one for two or three weeks, or some I never even finish T-T but that doesn't count lmao
But yeahhhhh they take a while, two to three days on average if its a high-effort drawing, I'd say

I'm tempted to go with the classic joke "*all* of the angels? There's like a thousand billion of them" but I'm actually gonna answer the question lmao
It'll be more about what she thinks of them and how she gets along with them
I'm gonna go with the main archangels on this one, she's interacted with most of them. Since she isn't an angel created by *their* God, simply a foreign soul (sort of a soul, its complicated, but I can talk about that more in another post if you're interested) that was, uh, "molded" into one, she wasn't given a set role by him, and therefore they all had to find out what her job in heaven would be via trial and error. So she ends up doing a bit of everything and meeting the most important guys up there
I'm probably gonna forget an angel or two. There are so many, even just the main ones in this au ๐ญ
In no particular order and under the cut bc of length:
- Raziel
I wouldn't say she *hates* him, she thinks he's just "really fuckin' weird" as she would say, and plenty of other angels have warned her to stay away from him. Unfortunately for her, that doesn't stop him from bothering HER, lmao. Its hard to get rid of him considering she's the most abnormal and fascinating thing that's happened in heaven since forever. I could see him trying to provoke her on purpose just to see what would happen. Or he'd keep reminding her of all the ways she isn't a *real* angel. But he can't do much to her at first as she's rarely alone, there's someone always watching over her. She's God's new favourite project at the moment >:)
If he's ever being too weird to her she starts fighting fire with fire and being *even* more weird back. And you know what, sometimes she even wins. I think she finds it fun even
- Ariel
They don't really interact much but they're chill with each other, although I think it would be cute to imagine that if Phoenix ever needs to get away and be in nature for a bit, she goes to Ariel and joins her on a trip down to earth :3
- Selaphiel
Phoenix's go-to angel when she needs a therapy session lmao but uhhhh yeah I think there are a few moments where Phoe is on her own, looking sad, and Sel comes up to ask if she's okay and it's all wholesome like that. So yeah Phoenix likes Sel quite a bit :3
- Barachiel
- Azrael
I think they have a similar sense of humour, they get along pretty good and maybe Barachiel's more edgy personality is quite refreshing for Phoe, I think they can be open with each other without worrying about either of them snitching XD
Also speaking of Barachiel, the song "Mad IQs" by Idk How But They Found Me *really* reminds me of them for some reason, what do ya'll think?
Phoenix really likes Az, loves their personality and I could see them unintentionally helping her cope with the fact she literally died and came back to life... Somehow hdfgh
Phoenix would try to get them into the modern goth style and she'd brag about it being "the style of the future" and it would probably fail but I think Az would secretly love it
They should be watching horror movies together ๐

Best buddies forever need I say more.
I will say more. So when she's first brought to heaven she's assigned to Raphael to help him with the guardian angels and mortals and all that, as a way to settle in to the new, well, everything. Raph being so kind and warm was a huge help for her and was exactly what she needed during that time, so they're pretty close
- Uriel
They're chill with each other, Phoenix goes to him with all sorts of questions about this universe or even just random things. She's incredibly curious. She picks up on the "likes to feel useful" part of him and kinda used that to get him to like her hdfgh. But like she genuinely likes how much he knows about stuff. So it works out for both of them
Also they're both fire themed so they're immediately cool with each other just bc of that
- Raguel
She's a liiiiittle scared of him at first but after being assigned to help Mike out full-time she starts getting along with Raguel too. I could see them yapping non stop. Maybe they'd bounce ideas back and forth about whatever mission they're on. It's not her first time dealing with war in one way or another
Interactions go like
"Have you tried bombing them"
"You always suggest bombing them"
"Well. I've seen how well it works first-hand"
Until Mike tells them to stfu
- Zadkiel
Besties. They get up to shenanigans together. They listen to rock music together. Phoenix was allowed to bring three things from her home world with her and one of those was her phone. They're having a mini concert together as we speak
(I hc that Zadkiel would *love* rock and metal music, sue me. OH ALSO have any of you ever listened to Billy Talent? Because their vocalist is EXACTLY how I imagine Zad to sound)
- Gabriel
I'd say Gabriel is the one she'd get along with second-best, he was one of the first angels she met back at home and thanks to him being so good with mortals they got along the best at first. They're laughing at memes together and Phoe is showing him how to use her phone to cause chaos and teaching him the most awful slang imaginable. Heaven gained a new language that day /silly
She joins him on missions down on earth whenever she can, she loves it
- Michael
Saving the best until last. Since my girl is pretty much a self-insert I am shipping them together and pushing them together to kiss like I'm playing with dolls
He saved her life multiple times back at home and was then told by god "aight go make sure this isn't a total disaster, keep an eye on her", they spend a lot of time together. They have their own unique dynamic that, in all honesty, took a while to develop. Unsurprisingly, I think it took Phoenix a long while to be able to read him, which she achieved by intentionally pissing him off as much as possible to find out what gets on his nerves and what doesn't XD after she went to help out the other archangels, she decided to stick with the army guys, for the thrill of it, and because it's very cathartic. Reclaiming power over her life or whatever. Like I said, not the first time she's had to deal with conflict (hehehehe tragic backstory)
Mike goes down to earth with her sometimes, to make her happy <3
I think I just really love the "absolute sweetheart teaches stoic asshole how to appreciate life" trope
I dunno, it's hard to explain these two. She thinks about him the same way I do, is the best way to summarise this lmao. They love each other in their own weird way
And! Fortunately for them, I decided that it would make sense for god to allow Phoe to be in a relationship with one of his angels, since she wasn't created by him thus being unrelated to any of them. It works. I mean, obviously there are still rules she has to follow, but she's kinda free to be with whoever wants to be with her. Phoenix just decided that she wants to go through the absolute challenge that is getting Michael to let his walls down ๐

Phoenix updated design! I'm rethinking a lot of her story and personality, and so I decided a change in appearance was in order too. I won't say too much because I'm giving a lot of info in an ask I'm answering, but eventually Phoe becomes part of heaven's army, and so I needed her outfit to reflect that
