1. i had psychosis when i was posting those, it was caused by medication. i was experiencing visual and auditory hallucinations and delusions (including delusional misidentification which made me believe i was gary). i think i said some nasty things about other gary kinnies at that time and i don't condone it i was just experiencing bad symptoms on meds that weren't working.

2. i found out that i experience something called identity dissociation, which is a form of dissociation where you become detached from who you really are irl. some people with identity dissociation will become detached from their own identity and "substitute" it fora fictional character. this can be caused by dissociative disorders but can also be caused by general stress or severe anxiety (which i'm diagnosed with). basically when things get too hard for me in my irl i dont feel like im "me" and so my brain makes certain fictional characters feel like "me" in order to seek some sort of safety, since i constantly feel unsafe.
