“I followed you? As I recall, I was here first. So, I’ll throw your question back at you.” She replied, an eyebrow raised.

“I’m glad you think I’m so memorable, Holloway. Maybe you should’ve just told me you couldn’t stop thinking about me,” he teased with a lifted brow.

“Ah, nice assumption, Dubious. Where’d you get it? Your ego?”

“For both our sakes, we should just forget that ever happened.”

“Funny because you’re not one to be forgotten.”

“I was abou’ te say yes then ye mentioned it wasn’t yers.” The guardian let out, “Wha would ah trust ye?”

“Those wigs are hideous.”

“Ah was sayin’ - askin’ rather, what were ye thinkin’?”

“For a moment I was afraid I was your target but now I’m glad I’m not.” He smirked stepping aside so he wasn’t blocking her target anymore. “What are you imaginary hunting though?”

Sophie jumped, moving out of the way instantly. “—Sorry!” 

The female released her bow, missing her target as the bow hit the tree trunk, “Aye, no worries.”

“Ay, I was here first…”

“Would ya like to be shot at then?”

The female lowered her bow as soon as she realized it was her liege, slightly bowing before speaking, “Sorry, ya highness. I was trying to shoot on the falling leaves.”

“I thought I saw something running across the field.”

“Was it big or sumthin’?”
