the fact that this has been getting likes again recently makes me giggle because i fully made & posted this when i was 14 & now im almost 23 but it’s still so good

if life isn’t going the way you feel it’s meant to at the moment, be patient & have hope- but don’t search for it. don’t go looking for happiness or love or whatever you feel is meant to be; if you look for it, it won’t be there. you need to wait until it comes to you. you can’t get caught up in the wants of life & you need to remember you need to continue living life for yourself. if the reason you wake up everyday is solely motivated by what you desire but don’t already have, you’ll forget to appreciate the good that you’re most likely already surrounded by that your ignorance has blinded because you feel what you have is not as good enough as where you want to be. you will never be able to grow if you don’t have love for where you began; growth can only be stimulated by positivity & what will be certainly will be
