For the lunatics who are claiming this to be my worst take. This is NOT a take. I do not have strong feelings on MatPat NOR the papacy (though Undertale rules). When did making fun of something have to mean an open-declaration of hatred towards that thing? After all, I am made fun of all the time, and you all love me soooo much. I just think it's an objectively funny thing to have happen; even funnier if, in my own grumpy headcanon, they tossed it in the trash and pissed in matpats mouth right after. Many of you are jumping to your own hurt little conclusions, you can't help but feel personally attacked by the mere thought of Undertale or MatPat being scrutinized. There are various paragraph-long tirades happening under this post. That is an indictment on your own behalf for being TOO emotionally invested in this subject. Too invested in Undertale, too invested in fandom culture as a whole. It's why I find it so easy to poke fun at in the first place, it's all so melodramatic. The fucking melodrama leaking out of every orifice of your frail and meager bodies is overwhelming.
