Are you too shy to work out in a gym? If so, let me tell you why you shouldn't be. Gyms often now a days encourage fitness to any and everyone, for example Planet Fitness' motto is "No Gymtimidation" but just because they say that, it doesn't necessarily mean a person will feel more comfortable with working out in front of complete strangers. You may even find yourself afraid to go to the gym alone, therefore always inviting a partner. Number 1; you are there to work on yourself, remember that! Whether you're fat, skinny, or in between, no one can stop the fact that you are doing what it takes to better yourself to your standards. Number 2; people aren't as focused on you as much as they're focused on themselves. It may feel like people are staring, but more than likely they aren't. People are too busy trying to focus on NOT passing out on the treadmill. Number 3; if you're afraid that you may look silly because you don't know what to do, most likely there are always people around you who are willing to help. Life in itself is a learning process so Ask questions! "Excuse me fine chiseled man (or beautiful lady), Can you show me how to use this hip adductor?" You may even land a date! ;) The point is, don't let gyms freak you out, everywhere you go... People are going to judge you, just know that when you step foot in a gym, you are one step closer to being even more amazing than you already are!

Is good sex preventing you from moving on from a bad relationship? I'm not a relationship expert but it might be. Here's a story that may help you to determine that. A girl named Ramona was in a long term relationship with a guy who was not committed to her. Ramona lost her virginity to the guy and she only had eyes for him. Unfortunately the guy was not ready for a relationship although he claimed to love her. Ramona would have sex with him every other day for three years. In her subconscious she knew that a relationship was not going to happen between her and this man because in three years, he couldn't publicly claim her, he couldn't take her out on a date, and he couldn't allow his family to know about her, but what he could do was spread her legs and have great sex with her. That great sex put fear in her heart, fear that she would never find another lover as great as he and fear that she couldn't love anyone else. It took great strength for Ramona to pick her self up and realize that good sex does not fix a broken/bad relationship. So what's your take on things?

This meme is going around social media since Tara announced her third pregnancy by Peter Gunz Via Instagram with a picture of her dipped in gold glitter. Forgive me for being so opinionated but that’s what you’re going to get here, info and opinion. For those of you who don’t know these two females, This is Amina Buddafly and Tara Wallace, they are famous for being on the popular reality show on VH1 Love and Hip Hop: NY. These two ladies have a few things in common; 1. they are both actively still sleeping with Producer/rapper Peter Gunz, 2. they are both mothers to his children, 3. They dislike each other. Amina Buddafly is married to Peter Gunz, to Tara’s disdain and ever since it’s been like a competition between the two. Tara is a woman who often makes excuses saying that her dealing with Peter Gunz is for the children, basically trying to cover up the fact that she still wants to be with him and/or have sex with him by saying that co-parenting is impossible if she doesn’t vacation with Peter or if she doesn’t sleep with Peter, girl please we’re not stupid. Amina is a woman who is clearly blinded by love, and doesn’t see Peter Gunz for his dog ass ways. But to call these women dumb and dumber? I don’t think I’m in a place to do so. Every woman has been in a place where love has blindfolded them and allowed them to make decisions unconsciously. I just hope that both of them choose to leave this love triangle and adopt a little something I’d like to call dignity. Tara’s problem is she claims to not be a weak woman, she claims to have moved on and in all reality she hasn’t, she knows that Peter ain’t shit but she’s not willing to open her legs to anyone else because she isn’t over him! Amina has yet to reach her final straw with Peter but my question is if this situation here doesn’t drive you to leave his trifling ass then..what does?! Peter already has about 8 children, to which the two oldest are 27 and 23, and he has 1 grandchild. Why are you a grown ass man, still playing women? but I suppose everyone hits their epiphany at their own time. If there is any advice that I can ever give Amina, it’s that your time and loyalty does not secure Peter’s time and loyalty.
