𝙷𝙴 𝙿𝚄𝚃𝚂 𝙷𝙸𝚂 𝙾𝚆𝙽 𝙻𝙰𝚁𝙶𝙴 𝙲𝙰𝙻𝙻𝙾𝚄𝚂𝙴𝙳 𝙷𝙰𝙽𝙳 𝙾𝚅𝙴𝚁 𝙷𝙴𝚁’𝚂 𝚆𝙷𝙴𝚁𝙴 𝙸𝚃 𝚁𝙴𝚂𝚃𝚂 𝙰𝚃 𝙷𝙸𝚂 𝙲𝙷𝙴𝙴𝙺. It envelopes hers completely– he can still remember when she seemed larger than life – a GIANT – and she still is, LEIA ORGANA takes up EVERY INCH of EVERY ROOM she’s in. But she’s also… so SMALL… at some point he dwarfed her completely. He should be her strong son, should be the one caring for HER, keeping her standing and safe not the other way around. He’s failed her on just about every level and still here she is looking at him with an expression he still remembers from growing up. LOVE. He can already feel the burning fill his eyes and his throat closing up. With a wild desperation he pulls her into a crushing hug as he begins to fully fall apart around her from decades of unspilt emotion and pain. He doesn’t deserve it, he probably never did, but KRIFF if he’s not SELFISH enough to take all the love she wants to give him, even after all of this.
