it appears i’m having an off day. a low if you will, my bipolar is getting kinda dicey again and I’m in a down swing. Today it’s hitting me harder than most. Please be patient with me as I try and cope through this. On top of a down swing I’m also getting sick. My mood is crashing and I’ll be spacey with replies.
