HOWEVER, NOW I kinda see a little glimpse of a train station connecting Toontown and bottom left island. It still looks like Inkwell, but why would something as important as Toontown have a bridge to Inkwell?

So, another theory on MOTM and why I think new character isn't Astro

(English isn't my first language, beware of typos)

My main hint is their cape. Poncho, actually. You see, this type of edging is characteristic for ponchos. Uneven, using cuts as a part of the design to make it look wavy and/or old.

Ponchos are something worn by characters from western and/or western-themed cartoons. As far as I remember, Warner Bros had a plenty of characters that looked cowboy-alike, so my guess that this Mystery Pal (I'll be calling them that lmao) is someone from WB universe

Not to mention that there's already too many characters from DW, so adding more would be unfair

Knowing that DW (Dandy's World) is a part of MOTM universe, I suppose that top right island is Dandy's. Why top right? See, there's a bridge/metro line connecting Toontown and bottom right island, so I don't think something like DW would have straight pathway to Toontown (sorry DW players). Maybe it's Warner Bros' island since they produced Looney Tunes? Or maybe I'm forgetting things

ALSO, we have this Blimp above and it confuses me the most. I made a quick search through the internet and couldn't find any cartoon-studios that had a blimp as their logo and/or significant symbol

(While I was typing and overthinking I had an interesting thought that top right could be Green Hills, but I don't think Sonic franchise has impact so big to get its own island, but who knows)

I LOVE Ulysses with my whole soul, but I feel so stupid trying to understand him. However, the pleasure enlightenment gives me after I cracked an oh-so-twisted idea of his is unfathomable.
