And all the while he’s constantly worrying whether or not he’s doing a good job or if he’s holding himself together well enough for them. Frost is a rock for everyone, but he can’t bring himself to talk about his own problems because in his mind he has to keep it together for everyone else. He NEEDS to be there for them. He’s the brains. They all depend on him to be calm, levelheaded Frost, and he beats himself up over it when he feels like he isn’t succeeding.

My favorite frost moment is at the beginning of the campaign when Lexi the fairy has her wings stolen. Frost was the first person to try and find her, despite the rest of the group being hesitant to investigate. Frost heard somebody in pain and said ‘screw it, someone’s in danger’ and listened to his instinct. When he found her he took her in his arms and just held her while trying to provide her a comfortable and respectful death.

Another moment that stands out in particular is when the boys first arrived in the feywild and Gricko began freaking out over Hootsie. At the first sign of distress Frost immediately just. Holds Gricko in his arms. No hesitation. Just reaches out and grabs Gricko with both arms telling him it’s going to be okay.

Like , when twigs trinkets were broken, he went out of his way to help fix them all even though it wasn’t his fault and he had only just met her

And when they were stuck in the frog of holding that killed twig, he tried to sacrifice himself to teleport gricko and twig outside the frog without second guessing it. He only didn’t because he was unable to
