Every time I see him my first thought is “that’s Itachi” and then I’m consciously like, “no that’s Zuko.” I know that’s very Naruto fanboy of me but I just can’t unsee it. 😵‍💫

But come ON. PLEASE tell me I’m not the only one who sees it?? I can’t be??? Like it’s not a big deal obviously and I’m not saying it was copied of course. I just think it’s fun how strikingly similar they are.

Besides Itachi being a genjutsu user so he’s less buff than Zuko, it’s the hair, the eyes, the elegance, the vibe??? I feel like I’m going insane. I know this style isn’t particularly uncommon but I see so much fan art of Itachi and art such as below that is official Naruto pop-up store art that have them feeling so similar that I just can’t get past it in my mind. This feels so cringe to say but I just can’t help but notice!! Surely, SURELY, hopefully I’m not the only one 😭 Long hair isn’t uncommon on anime characters I know I KNOW. But??? Hear me out??? Like, fanart of adult Zuko looks like so much fanart I’ve seen of Itachi over the years and I’m a fan of both. Gotta say, I’m SO here for it. The Zuko fanart is amazing and it’s like I’m looking at art of both of them somehow??

I remembered Ember McClain because she came up in my YouTube playlist and I haven’t listened to Remember in YEARS so I gave Sakura a little fiery hair. I use fiery generously because I have no idea how to color fire but the concept is there I think. Maybe. I might color her skin and a background at some point idk

Thinking about coloring it? Might be too lazy. I was listening to music that gives “strong little guy” so I had to make Itachi a Strong Little Guy™️.

I have a Dark Elf in Skyrim and tried to make him look like Itachi. Y’all know how Skyrim is though. They ain’t got the prettiest character creator. It certainly is… the character creator of all time.

Thought I could draw him better than how he’s gotta look in the game. So far so… well. I’m not the proudest of this so far. I’m so used to pencil I feel like I’m struggling to adapt. 😵‍💫 Tips welcome. Not just for using Procreate but also for how this looks. I’ve never done digital art. 😰 And I’m awful at drawing people.
