A bizarre introspection into a world far different than anything you've ever witnessed on the screen, and yet simeltaniously mirroring social and political concepts we as society are confronted with on a daily basis. A dreamlike world, but not one depicting the human desired idea of paradise, rather, one that shows based on recorded history, exactly what would happen if our memories and mortal bodies became commodities to be sold to the highest bidders. A story that brutally and honestly depicts the vast difference in standing between the rich and the poor and the suffering and inequality that ensues because of which.
Kaiba doesn't ask to be watched by everyone, but for those willing, it's impossible not to get something positive out of the experience.
