Lio smiled, almost a bit saccharine, up at his dear friend, the gentle touch of his hand on the Executioner's arm a sharp contrast to the way his shadow clutched at the perpetrator behind him.
"I'm not doubting you, baby," he assured sincerely, his gaze warm and tender. As he drew closer, his shadow squeezed tighter, threatening to tear its prey from the inside out. He slipped his arms around the Executioner's neck. "I know you wouldn't hurt me like that. But I also know that you're not so good at picking up when people are flirting with you. Remember how long it took with me~?"

🧭 - Despite coming off as occasionally ditzy or scatterbrained, Lio is remarkably sharp and goal-oriented. His mental stamina is high, and he's good at holding out the long game in order to get what he wants, preferring patient methods of operation. He's also fairly stubborn, and doesn't back down easily if he feels that he's in the right. He has no problem telling someone exactly what he's going to do when he's going to do it - regardless of potential consequences.
📚 - Almost as a cliche, Lio loves the horror genre, if only to critique - or compliment - certain tropes or portrayals. He loves reading classic books, particularly European, as well as nonfiction anthologies of folklore - if only to give him ideas with whom he can put himself in contact. But he's also weak to a good cheesy romance plot, or a goofy medical drama, just to lighten up the gloom of his natural life.
🏝 - Given his past experience in living in a close knit village, Lio much prefers his solitude over the company of others. He can absolutely fake an outgoing and personable attitude, but he is very reluctant to actually rely on anyone or ask for help. He prefers to keep his selection of trusted companions or friends to a minimum, to avoid over-extending himself or accidentally giving too much of himself away.
⚖ - Overall, Lio is fairly neutral, morally. He's focused on his own goals and own desires, feeling no particular compassion or hostility to the everyday person. To an outsider, he may appear chaotic in his means, but it is a structured chaos, and Lio can always see his path clearly. When he does commit a rare act of great love or anger, it is sincere and full of intent.
