“Valentine’s and Such”

I know I’m technically late for a Valentine’s piece, but I honestly do not care. I’ve been working on this piece on-and-off since June last year, and I just could never figure the bg elements (and boy, did I change Reigen’s face and legs one million times…). I went through so many iterations for that (graffiti, neons, hearts, chalk,…), and then at some point in November last year I was like “fuck it, it’s gonna be a Valentine’s piece.” All I knew was I wanted it to scream NINETIES.
