“I very well could be. That’s my next career, selling tickets to shows, I’ll be so great. Yes! Thank you! It’s been ages since I saw everyone together, you’re the best Sash. And speaking of not seeing people, where and how have you been? It’s been a while.”

“Who knows maybe that could be your part time job; I still see you working in Dancing with the Stars.You are welcome, Nate! We could do it at my new place, its bigger and has a lot of space. I haven't seen you guys in a long time; so it would be nice to see everybody in the same room catching up. Oh dear; where do I begin. I’m been staying most of my time in Manhattan since its closer to Julliard; also i’m been taking care of my little sister and now I have another one in the way; I also was an intern and I was teaching kids and  at the same time I’m in charge on doing this years showcase. What about you? ”

You’ve been doing everything at once it seems, do you even stop to breathe Sash? I’m glad to hear you’re doing fine however, would be a pain if you put so much effort into something that didn’t give you anything back. Donate? Well I guess I could do that, but I’m not all too familiar with the ones around Brooklyn… are we talking shelters and stuff then?

Oh that concept its foreign to me, John. But I sometimes do take time for myself; it usually happens early in the morning I read a new book or I read the newspaper as I drink my coffee in the balcony. That’s the thing I like doing things with out expecting nothing in return, while Julliard sent me to do this internship I wasn’t getting paid it was more doing community service and since its something that i need to graduate. Other than that teaching talented kids and helping them achieve their goals makes me happy.  Besides I received a lot of things, I met new people who are very interested to hire me in the future to work with them in some potential projects and at the same time I made a few connections since I’m actually considering to open my own dance studio in the near future. There is this one charity here that really hols my heart its called  the Caring Neighbors Campaign for Kids. Which encourages donors large and small to contribute, will provide nearly 650 homeless children with a Caring Neighbors Kit filled with educational books, toys and other resources. I always donate and I would love it if you would do the same.

First off, I just want to apologise for being unfriendly back in the days. You’re a sweet and kind person, I really didn’t mean to be rude or anything, it was just the way I was. Plus, you’ve been nothing but nice to me so really you didn’t deserve any of that. 

I hope we can talk more in the coming year, because you are a lovely person and I’d hate to miss out on a great friendship.

She had to treasure herself lucky her father had been out of town for the one and only night Eileen had pulled her ass over at Manhattan for a long nighter with a few of her older friends. She had woken up at 6 a.m, hair pointing at every direction, her clothes smelling heavily of smoke and alcohol, her breath being everything but tender and fresh. Sadly enough her father’s apartment didn’t own any of her every day products, they were all down at her own apartment in Brooklyn and thus she had no other choice but to drag herself back home before the crowds started to pull in. She wasn’t in the mood to scare someone half to death.

To her surprise, during her walk down at the subway, a loud singing voice had broken her path and someone who looked a lot like Sasha had taken up a part of the park all on her own. Eileen didn’t speak, but the singing didn’t put a smile upon her lips either as her head was throbbing like a drum and she just wanted to get back into bed. “Sasha, this is New York, people are always up and running – you’re never alone in this town”, Eileen spoke back and crossed her arms once she had been spotted. “You seem awfully happy, care to share some of that energy with me?”

Ever since she was getting help, Sasha was feeling and looking more happier and healthier. It was something that the young ballerina deserved to be; after many years of feeling unwanted and lost and being abused and abandoned  it was acceptable to do such things. For her it was alright to sing and dance her heart out especially if it made her happy. Besides she had gotten good news from her old boss and they were going to sit down and see if Sasha can teach again. Everything was falling in to place and she couldn’t be more happier than that.

“Sorry E; still not used to crossing paths with people especially at this hours. I usually find my self alone and maybe some other runners”  the dancer explained looking at the red head;  noticing she was on of does walk of shame after one parties too hard. “I am and I feel like I deserve it; might get my old job back and I hope they let me teach the kids again. Also listening to American authors makes me feel very cheerful” 

We should all get together for New Year’s, it feels like it’s been forever since I saw you guys last. Are you old and growing beards? Do you have white hair or balding? Who knows. I wanna know! And I know you do too. Let’s do something people!

“You sounds like one of does promoters who try to sale tickets for the Broadway musicals bu I do agree, we should do something for New Years. Need help planning a small get together?

One huge part of him was nothing but thankful for the lack of snow not covering neither him nor his usual jogging tracks in the morning. As the baseball season had run its core, Darren spent his days more restless than usual and thus his feet moved him both longer and faster than normal across the park – if it hadn’t been for the loud signing his eyes would have missed the gleeful girl at the end of the path, dancing in her own little world. He slowed down his steps, allowing his lungs tp pull for some fresh air that could help cool his body from its upbeat heat, eyes resting on his new form of entertainment. 

Once he had been spotted, Darren quickly crossed his arms and tilted his head, a deep chuckle escaping his throat. “Not my fault, probably shouldn’t be dancing to yourself like that. Lots of people are up jogging at this hour, they might have passed you already though while you weren’t looking. Scared them away.” With a shrug he let his arms fall to his sides. “What gets you all up and pumping?” 

She has been running this trail for three weeks now; ever since she started spending more time with her family. Alot of things were going in Sasha’s life; she was getting healthier and was slowly learning to forgive herself. Her mother being the woman that she is had told her that to keep the body in good health is a duty... otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear. Since then she had made it her goal to stay fit and do something other than dancing.  Normally she would get up early in the morning around 6;30 am and go and due her normal trail. Most of the time she would never run in to somebody and the one time she decides to goof off she does. 

Sasha shake her head; she was in total disbelief that this was happening to her. “Excuse me; this is the first time that at least I know off I run in to somebody. Besides I never usually do that; but I couldn’t help my self. For some strange reason I feel quite cheerful and I can’t explain it.” She said fixing her pony tail. “American Authors; it’s one of my favorite bands and I hadn’t listen to them in awhile. have you heard of them?”

Merry Christmas! I’m so incredibly lucky to have a best friend like you still in my life! You’re honestly the best part of my childhood and I’m so so glad we’re still friends. Thank you for putting up my nonsense all this time.

Treat and pamper yourself this year alright? You need to do that more!

Hey there, greatest dance partner!

I can’t even begin to tell you how incredibly talented and wonderful you are! Being your dance partner was amazing and being your friend was even better!

The kids and I miss you very much, not a day goes by when they don’t ask about you! Come visit sometime please (for my sanity at least, you know how I am with kids…)

Merry Christmas! I hope that the holidays have treated you well and that the year ahead will grant you with all of the opportunities you deserve. Although it’s sad that we haven’t seen much of each other recently I hope that you are making the most of everything that’s going on in your life. Because it’s been so long I’m giving you a ticket to Coachella so that it’s an excuse for us to get together (and because music festivals are fun as hell).

What she didn’t expect was to turn around and find someone had actually been up the same path as her, and she had most likely looked like a lunatic. “Oh my god,” she pushed her headphones off, placing a hand to her chest to stop her beating heart, “You scared the crap out of me! I’m sorry, I didn’t think anyone would be up here this early.” At least she’d be the punch line to a good joke for this person, now.
