Background/info
James "Bucky" Barnes adopted Ness when she was five years old. He saw a lot of himself in her and they both ended up helping each other. Ness is also super close with Natasha Romanoff who she often calls " Mama Nat". She emulates Natasha in every way even taking up ballet cause Natasha learned it in the red room. Ness also adores Steve and even had a crush on him when she was younger. He's the one Ness never wants to disappoint.

author's note: This actually started as crossover a role play with @askjbuckybarnes where the fight happens and Ness looses everyone so Bucky adopted her...now it's taken a life of it's own.
