Q: What is your favorite fragrance?
BH: At home i usually use candles with cherry fragrance. As for my room, i use sprays that has a soap fragrance.
Q: What is the body part that you are most confident of?
BH: My shoulders that are broader when compared to my height. I often hear people tell me “(you) look good in suits”.
Q: Do you have an amulet that you carry with you?
BH: My mother gave me an amulet as a protection, i carry it in my wallet.
Q: What is that one phrase that anchors you?
BH: Working hard is the only way of life. Let’s live our lives happily.
BH: The one who build up this family, who raised me and my brother up so outstandingly, who plays the role of a parent - my dad. Of course there are other heroes out there like Iron Man, but in my heart, my dad has always been my hero. Ah, if i say it like this, my mom might feel lonely, so let’s include my mom as well. (laughs)
Q: What is your recent hobby?
BH: Game and exercise. Gaming is good when i need a change of mood. I prefer shooting games more than RPG (role-playing) games.
Q: When it comes to Japan culture, what is that one work that left the biggest impression on you?
BH: For animations, it was Naruto, One Piece and Bleach. For dramas, it was Gokusen. For movies, it was Midnight Sun.
Q: What do you always buy when you come to Japan?
BH: A handphone screen protector that prevents people from looking at your phone screen. Because it’s not sold in Korea, i usually buy 2 - 3 when i come here.
Q: A Japanese phrase that makes you feel happy when you hear it?
BH: ‘You’ve worked hard’. As our Japanese staff always say that courteously when we finish our schedules, it really puts us in a good mood.
Q: If you can bring fans for a one-day date?
BH: There’s a N Seoul Tower in Korea. Lovers would attach locks on the fence surrounding the tower to symbolise their eternal love. I’ve only been there once when i was recording a show. I want to hang locks and enjoy the night view there with fans.
Q: Which member would you fall in love with if you were a girl?
BH: Xiumin hyung. He looks small and cute but actually he has the biggest strength among the members. He gives me a sense of security that he will protect me well.
