Too Sapphic To Live

When someone asks me, "when can you say that you love a person?" I would answer, "if I learned to love them the way I love chocolates." Now, this might look a bit weird, but let me give you this explanation.

I love you the way I love chocolates... Because no matter what type it is, whether it's too sweet or bitter for my taste, I would still end up liking it.

And if you ask me why, I'd say, "because it's chocolate. " It doesn't really matter to me, I would eat it nonetheless.

I love you the way I love chocolates... Because even in those times we may disagree, or those days that you think you don't deserve me, throughout all of those flaws, I would still end up being with you.

I don't even have to think deeply about it, nor you should ask me why. My answer would be simple, "I would choose you, simply because it is you."
