Whenever I become obsessed with a character I have got to do an expression sheet for them (pls enjoy a bonus Michael) as I figure out what unique features I love about their face. I absolutely love Ali's expressive David, even as a huge fan of the more reserved movie David. I am still trying to figure out wtf his hair is doing and what direction it moves in though, but bless that easy hairline.

Also whoever decided to put that iridescent shimmer or highlighter on David's face is a gd genius. His cheekbones and the beauty mark on his left cheek hungers for the light (Ali's best side is his left side obvi).

By my count, Michael’s name is spoken or sung 26 times throughout the album

David and the Lost Boys take the top spot with 8 Michaels each! Star comes in at a close second with 7 Michaels, and Lucy takes home the bronze with 5!

Unsurprisingly, the song with the most Michaels is Michael, coming in at 5 Michaels [it’s actually tied with Hurt A Little (Reprise) thanks to the Lost Boys chanting his name]

I love the song war for one reason and one reason only. That it shows star’s anger and frustration in between being a half-vampire and that’s what I wanted so much and was missing in her character for me to like her!

That justified rage and willfulness to keep fighting back against her own self and vampire hunger, showing the audience that she is truly fighting a battle that she is so tired of fighting, but also doesn’t want to give up. Which many people, especially people in tough situations/ positions had gone through.
