sometimes i see the “following” in my notes from someone i thought was a moot and freak out thinking they hate me and then i remember it’s just a sideblog

i often am really fatigued and/or depressed so instead of actively washing myself i just sit on my shower chair and let the hot water run as i scroll on my phone. & honestly thats my biggest hack for being able to shower regularly with chronic fatigue/depression. get a shower chair, or plastic stool.

it’s like do i sob and release that emotion? do i hold it in so i don’t feel debilitating pain for a week after? and i would see a doctor about it but then i have to admit i need help. PLUS i already have nearly 20k in hospital bills

i have had the worst migraine for two days bc everytime i cry i get a headache and i had like two massive breakdowns back to back.

i hyper extended both my wrists pretty far today while carrying something heavy and i already had carpal tunnel in one of them. also my knees were clicking all day as i walked. everything hurts so so bad

why does hyper mobility come with such deep pain oh my gosh i hate this vessel sometimes

honestly i may sound excited like im going to do anything productive or enjoy my time off but that couldn’t be further from the truth LMFAO what a joke
