actually actually, i do need that version of baran al-hashimi that is slightly fucking insane.

trinity spends the night at baran’s for the first time and she’s genuinely up all night. so much so that she sleeps past her alarm in the morning, nearly misses morning rounds on account of how late she is.

she notices baran’s side of the bed is empty, breakfast isn’t made, she’s not in the shower. okay, it’s looking like garcia 2.0. except she can’t find baran in the ED either, no attending to be found.

turns out a page drags her upstairs to a meeting in HR’s office, baran sat in one seat with her hands neatly folded over her lap, an amused little smile on her face.

did trinity have those cute clothes in her bag this whole shift? she picked out a cute little outfit to watch the fireworks with garcia? she planned to wear something to impress her situationship, and that was one of the reasons she was so intent on them being together that night?
