Belladonna

Hello people! This is a list of the fics I am currently working on! I will try to update it as much as possible, but ya know, I have the swiss cheese brain.

This is just going to be the title and a short summary of the story. Some of them will be different than I have on AO3. And the volumes where the story takes place will be there, mostly to that I can keep organized.

Current works:

In For A Penny -- Peitro had a failsafe installed into Penny after the Vytal Festival. In the event she gets destroyed, her soul is uploaded into a nearby robot body. He did not anticipate her getting uploaded into Yang's arm instead. (During Vol. 9)

Scattered -- Ruby tells Yang that Summer isn't her mom. She doesn't mean to, not really, but the damage was already done. And when they finally have the time to talk things out, Yang's memory is gone. (Post vol. 8, written before Vol. 9 came out)

Home Is Where The Hound Is -- Yang lands a lucky hit on the hound before it can take Oscar. But she reveals something much worse than a talking grimm when familiar silver eyes are revealed. (During vol. 8) (This in inspired by another fic I read called Mine by Najio. I recommend it, almost made me cry)

Completed works:

Athazagoraphobia -- A cave-in leads to Yang encountering a strange grimm. One that makes her see, hear, and think things she never would've before. Did Blake just say she wishes Adam were here instead of her? What? (Post Vol 7, Vol 8 didn't happen)

Feathers -- Blake was worried. Yang and the others were running late. That worry did not go away when they did arrive. In fact, it only grew bigger when she realized Yang wasn't there and instead they held a little yellow bird. (During Vol 8, or 7, I'm not quite sure)

Future works:

Not Letting Go -- Yang takes a hit for her sister and ends up critically injured. They have a talk about Yang's lack of self-preservation while they wait for help to arrive. (Post Vol. 9)

The grimm reached out and ensnared her, tugging her into its chest and shielding her in what could be a protective hold if it didn’t hurt so much. She struggled against its grip, but it was futile. It only tightened its hold on her, her aura breaking from the force. (It didn't loosen its arms when it saw it was hurting her. It did not.)

“No!” Ren grabbed his weapons and prepared to shoot at the hound. She expected it to bring her in-between them as a shield, like it did for Oscar. But it didn't. Instead it snapped its wings open and took off as fast as possible, dodging the bullets as much as possible. And when it couldn't it… angled itself between her and them. (What? No. It Didn't. It couldn't. That's wrong.)

She could hear her friends calling out to her, but it felt so far away. Both literally and figuratively. Her head felt light, and black spots dotted her vision. If it was from the tight grip or the suddenly changing attitude she didn’t know. But try as she might, she couldn’t stay awake.

The last thing she heard before she passed out was the grimm.

And full disclosure, most of them are about Yang.

Cat!Yang - This is an au where Yang was the only one to fall. So the Cat had no choice but to use his tricks on her. It succeeded and he went to Remnant using Yang's body. RWB + ORNJ + Extras find her in cat form and are rightly terrified.

Grimm!Adam Au. (I hate this idea as much as I hate him but it's been circling around my head- So) - Cinder and Neo take off from Mantle a few days after everyone else. But as they are getting ready, they spot Adam's body laying by the river, (unfortunately) barely alive. They take him with them and when they rejoin Salem she remembers how much he hated humanity and thinks that she could use him. She turns him into a Grimm hybrid, which brings him out of the coma he was in and back to life, kinda. Yang encounters him when rescuing Oscar.

Jinn!Yang - In this AU Yang bonded with Jinn when she got the Lamp. Either because they are like minded or Jinn needed her is up in the air. But whenever they need to ask Jinn a question, Yang is kinda turned into her? Or gets possessed by her. Something like that. Jinn could also talk to Yang outside of her having the lamp, but can't answer actual questions. Bonus, maybe you can't use the lamp without Yang present.

Not an Au. Watts finds out that he can hack into prosthetics using their shared network or whatever. Yang is the perfect candidate to test it out. And he causes chaos. Yang is horrified and tries to distance herself because she considers herself either dangerous with her arm on or useless with it off.

This is the Rakleft. It's a tick like Grimm that starts off small, around an inch, and grows to about the size of a hand when attached to its victim. It feeds off of aura, which allows it to grow that big.

It injects the victim which venom, which is stored in a red sack under its endoskeleton. This allows it to do a lot of stuff to them.

Hallucinations are it's main power. It can make you see, hear, and even think thinks you never would've.

It's main goal is to make its victim feel alone. If they are in a group it will seem like the group hates them and wants to leave them behind. And if the victim is still on the fence, it can force them to "think" it's true.

Any negative feelings brought on by this will be amplified by the venom, which will attract nearby Grimm a lot easier.

And while this Grimm is smart, it has to be to make it convincing and to be able to hide so well, it is very weak. Stabbing it with a pencil will kill it easily. Their main defense is their tight grip and their smarts. If the aura of the host is above a quarter, it will be rejected(which is why it feeds off the aura). So to get it off with the least amount of danger to the host would be to boost their aura.

Or, you could just rip it off. But that could cause serious damage to the host, since the Grimm it attached in multiple places on the neck and they don't have a lot of aura to begin with.

Both methods are very painful to the host, and they will resist any treatment that is trying to be given to them because of the mistrust put there by the Grimm.
