It's okay if you don't wanna get better, but here are some tips that might help, i posted these in hope that it might help someone eat more and not feel that guilty for it. (ED's can cause heart problems, memory loss, loss of hair and hair thinning, irregular periods, and such as.) My mom at one point had such an irregular period that she had her period for a very, very long time. (nearly a year) !! So please make sure you do eat a little bit per day, it doesn't have to be something big, just enough to make sure you aren't always starving !
Things such as jogging or running also can help with burning calories, however you *do* have to eat more, as this also burns energy. you can risk fainting, and the other symptoms i mentioned above ! If your running a lot, even if you eat more than usual, you shouldn't notice a change (if your doing it correctly !!) I suggest depending on if you run already or don't, run by blocks, don't immediately try to do a mile.
Blocks do not burn a LOT of calories, but as you go on, you can burn more and more calories.
You are valid, your body is valid, there will be someone who looks at you and all they'll wanna do is kiss & hug u !!
