How to make the buildings looks slap-up and modern?

The #roof is the key of the appearance of the building!

Stone coated roof tile have the three-dimensional design with superb colors, let the building looks very spectacular. And it is lightweight and could easy to use on light steel frame system, so it not only could be used for the apartment and villa but also could be used for carport, pavilion.

Do you have a bad experience for discolored asphalt shingle?

When you have a new house and install asphalt shingles, it looks very classy and fashion, even you invite your friend to your house to display it. But after few years, the asphalt shingle is fading and looks old and uneven color, you have to replace it by new asphalt shingle. It's very terrible!!

The bad-quality asphalt shingle is cheap, but actually it's costly in the long run because you need to buy new asphalt shingle continuously. Sangobuild asphalt shingle is made by CL-ROCK stone chips from CARLAC GROUPE in France, it could against the UV extremely even in Africa, the warranty of color could be 20 years.

1. Sangobuild made the Golan Tile (also called Deep Milano Tile) into the mass production. 

2. Sangobuild successfully matched the color of Decra roof tile and won the project for 70,000 square meters from Jamaica. 

3. Sangobuild finished the installation of the 3rd production line and the production efficiency increased by 30%.

Why Sangobuild stone coated roof tile and asphalt shingle is anti-algae?

We received the feedback from some customers, some suppliers sell the stone coated roof tile and asphalt shingle which will have algae and fungi after a few years. Now they face a big problem with the customer's complaint.

So I want to share why our stone coated roof tile and asphalt shingle is anti-algae:

1. The stone chip we use doesn't contain any organic matter.

2. As we know, Copper could inhibit species' growth and the stone chip is added copper.

3. For asphalt shingle, we use modified asphalt which is unsuited for the growth of species.

Many people confused about why our customers always trust Sangobuild? Let me reveal the answer to you from the raw material:

1) CL brand stone granules

Our stone granule from CL Rock Ltd which is France brand and provide colorful stone chips to the factory of roofing tile in New Zealand and South Korea. Their granules are 100% fadeless, so our customers never worry about the problem for fading.

2) Aluminum Zinc Sheet

Some factories use the galvanized sheet as the base of roof tile and it is easy to rust and break after several years, but we used the aluminum-zinc steel sheet AZ150g to make the roof tiles. It has excellent performance for corrosion resistance and the warranty of our roofing tile could be 50 years.
