Tsunami from Wings of Fire!

guess who changed his wofsona again. me. its me. so i guess i have to change my url again lmao.

So like a month ago xTheDragonRebornx commissioned me for an animated avatar of her Wings of Fire char Echo. I’ve been hella busy so I only just finished it now. I had to export this as an SWF, bring it into After Effects for the camera movements, and then bring that MOV file into Photoshop to export as a gif. Damn. The colors are a little pixely which makes me sad but hey, at least the movement looks good overall. I’m probably never doing another one of these unless I am paid by the hour because those scales took a LONG ASS TIME to inbetween smoothly XD

heres my new wofsona!!  a full proper ref for him. his name is Sidewinder, he’s a singer and entertainer at a large dining hall in Possibility. it’s a mix between a restaurant and cafeteria, and prides itself on employing different dragons from all over Pyrrhia to cook their own kinds of cuisine.  the dining hall has different bands playing ambient music throughout lunch and dinner, with Sidewinder performing just once or twice a night. 

artfight attack for kenyaford normally i upload these to artfight first but its down again lmao wanted to do my interpretation of a rain/sea threat display. rainwings i imagine would flap their head fins rapidly while hissing, and show bold patterns on their fins with lots of contrasting color, with their long necks curled back in a pre-strike pose, similar to a snake. since this character is part seawing i left out the neck curling (mostly) since seawings have much shorter and thicker necks. seawings would flash their glowing markings very quickly, and in confusing patterns.

i promise i won’t just post little things like this knggbn. i’ll post something better soon
