Mix the salt with the red paint to dispel any bad energies🧂🎨

On the piece of paper, write the things you want to overcome in life📝

Then paint your face with the better you in mind, to scare away the demons🖌

Destroy the piece of paper and have a meal to recharge and think about the cycles of life🔥
