It was made by someone named lennysanart. Unfortunately their account was deactivated when I found this. I really wish some of these people didn't deactivate their accounts, because I bet there's still lots of unseen Secret Trio art out there. I think this team-up is a really cool idea, but ngl, I feel like Skulker should've been Vlad, I mean I get why he's here, but I just feel like Vlad would've made more sense or maybe even Walker. Also I feel like the Huntsman definitely could've used his S1 look in this art. Don't get me wrong, he looks pretty intimidating here, but I definitely think he would look more frightening if he had his S1 look.

And something I noticed is that Randy doesn't have that many options when it comes to villains in his show. He only has McFist and The Sorcerer. I can't really think of any others. Danny and Jake on the other hand have plenty of villains to choose from. And speaking of the Huntsman, I'm surprised Jake didn't raise an eyebrow at Randy and found him a little suspicious or at least be like "You look like a member of the Huntsclan" and Randy would of course be confused and would say "What the juice is the Huntsclan?", especially since now in the comic Randy kinda looks like the Huntsman a little bit, I believe someone even pointed that out in a question you answered.

Also who's your favorite villain in Danny Phantom?

As for the characters, I agree. Vlad is more like Danny's nemesis. Maybe the artist was thinking of secondary nemeses, cause the one with the main ones would be Vlad, The Dark Dragon and The Sorcerer, but that's only my interpretation.

Yea, Randy is sevverly lacking in baddies, other than the ones you mentioned, the Sorceress, Catfish Booray and that one robot from the junkyard episode. There are other antagonists, but few and they rarely appear.

Tbh, it never crossed my mind. Probably because of the color, I ver thought about similarities. Also, my mind of the Huntsclan includes the dragon skull. Probs that.
