I'm bored.

January is right around the corner and a lot of new year resolutioners will be heading to the gym, many for the first time. assholes like this guarantee it’ll be their last time there.

we all start somewhere. do not be a gatekeeper. everyone’s welcome to better themselves. no judgement. no backhanded compliments. no unwanted comments or “help.”

you want to help them? tell them their form looks great. compliment their cool shirt. tell them that you’ve noticed their hard work. smile politely or give a thumbs up when you walk by.

Every person you take a secret picture of and even share with just one person means you are a bully.

The gym is for exercise. It’s for everyone - not just fit people. Everyone starts somewhere.
