People getting sad about that definitely confuses me. Like you said, it’s already dead, you may as well make the best use of it that you can! How does eating the sheep head work, though? Are the bones soft enough to digest or are you just chewing pieces of the face off of it?

Its cooked in a pot for a little over an hour with vegetables so that by the time you go to eat it, its soft enough to pick at with your hands or with khobz, which is a nice flat bread. The cheeks and tongue are always my favorite, they're the most tender.
