peach schnapps: babes love it

idk how anyone could ever be in a long distance relationship because our 15-20 minute distance kills me sometimes. when it’s too late for you to come over because you can’t sleepover and it’s pouring rain and you’d basically have to leave as soon as you got here. and when i’m cold in bed and can’t get warm and i know you’d get me warm but it’s already midnight and you’re already half asleep. and when you say you’re on your way, and i know that even in traffic it won’t be more than half an hour, i pace back and forth staring at the clock waiting for you to walk through the door.

I have watched many guys, who I’ve liked enough to think that perhaps there was some sort of future for us, slip out of my grasp. I’ve watch them date other girls, move other places, and I’ve never told them how I’ve felt. Mostly, I guess, because I was afraid of rejection... nothing worse to a high schooler, or even a college student, than not having your feelings reciprocated. 

But I’m 24 now. So I’m “older” and “wiser” and I have finally decided that the excitement of perhaps something working out between myself and a guy I like is worth the risk. I may have waited a little longer than I should have, but I finally spilled the beans last night. And it’s never too late. And even if nothing happens from here (but Lord, do I hope something does) I think I’ll be fine. Because it was amazing to get that reaction. The exact opposite of what I’ve been fearing all these years. 

The first one didn't taste that good, so I've become slightly discouraged. But I'm not hungry or anything. And I'm about to go to the gym.
