my calories today are FINALLY under maintenance for the first time in days so i'm starting my fast. hopefully i can make it 22 hours without solids, but i'll be breaking it with a coffee somewhere around the 18 mark to help my odds of making it

it gave me a bit of a headache, maybe because i never drink caffeine... but i also may just be dehydrated. i'm definitely not hungry and haven't been distracted by food this morning. i think that's a success ♪ヽ(´▽｀)/
absolutely doable to go 24 hours without solids with one of these for breakfast, curbed hunger + caffeine + protein (20g) + fiber (7g) + yummy 10/10
about to have some high-cal leftovers for lunch though but i won't beat myself up for it... i need to get rid of them and it will go bad if i don't. nothing some steps won't fix (somewhat) lol
