i tend not to use a lot of apps, but here is my small list ! 💌

quizlet ; flashcards and testing knowledge

google drive ; note taking and storing files (desktop and mobile , works without wifi if you use the app !!)

flora ; like forest but free, study timer and habit tracker that helps with focus ! (you need a facebook account to sign in, though)

flowtimer ; a pomodoro timer, simple layout (also a website !)

duolingo ; for learning languages, small lessons, is a meme

lifestyle

netflix ; streaming service, can download movies/shows to watch on the go

spotify ; music streaming service, can make and save variety of music and playlists (using it on desktop is almost like having premium)

unidays ; uk only, student discounts for different brands/stores for sixth form/college and university students

clue ; period tracker app (can log things like pain, emotions, sleep etc)

done ; habit tracker, streak goes up when you meet your goal

You got out of bed today.

You did your dishes or dirty laundry.

You finished some homework you’ve been putting off.

You cleaned up around your home/apartment/dorm etc.

You resisted temptation in any form.

You found a reason to smile.

a few days in paris. buying too many books, pretty postcards and bookmarks.

250719 // holy sh*t pat is productive today

today is another quiet day of reading. i’m about halfway through with everything i never told you and its really heavy with emotion and sometimes hard to read (in a good way) so its taking me a while. took a glimpse of the first chapter of exit west and its interesting so far so i’m looking forward to it!

680 | This is a kouign-amann and I eat them all the time because a friend of mine got obsessed with them after seeing them on the Great British Bakeoff and she transferred her obsession to me. Every time I eat one I can’t help but think of the John Mulaney quote “this is the height of luxury!!!!”

We’re currently discussing the conditional, imperfect, and future tenses in French and their subtle differences and, may I just say, I am thoroughly confused and it’s not because I don’t understand the concept, but because I never know when to use them.
