How long has it been since we met up? It really has been a while hasn’t it? Two week huh...it feels like it’s been months since I last saw you. I kept wondering if I could find some free time to see you but i’ve been seriously busy.

When the continuation of survival was decided it’s been nothing but interviews and events since. 

This time Lumiere is the first ones to release their single too. We’re always the unlucky ones, it’s terrible.

This time i’ve already decided on the kind of song I want to write. I don’t have a demo or anything yet but I have a rough idea in my head. I talked about it with the other members during the interview earlier. They said to go with it.

We’ll probably disagree on things like the arrangement and finer details but I feel like the basic rhythm in my head would make a good song.

I haven’t decided on what kind of song we’ll do for the September festival though. I want to make a song that isn’t like anything Lumiere has come out with before, so look forward to it.

Back when we weren’t even an indies band yet this place seemed huge. Yeah, just once at the end of our indies days we had a live here. When it was suddenly decided we would be joining the CR family.

Me and the other members became increasingly fired up at the thought of being able to compete.

It may have been the last of our indies days but for us it was as if it was our first live. We kind of didn’t like it.

Since we joined CR we’ve done lots of lives and we’ve stood on stages far bigger than this.

But this venue really is a special place to us (Lumiere). Not to mention this time it’s the CR rock festival. The other bands are also really fired up for it, but we won’t lose to them.

I want the audience that came to see us to think Lumiere are the best. It would be nice if the September festival was like our first live all over again.

I’m fine. Besides we’re in the middle of recording. We’ve got a tight schedule there’s no time to rest. Lumiere’s the first release again. It’s no coincidence we’re always the first release. There has to be a reason behind it. I think it’s because they can depend on us. If we don’t do our best now then what are we supposed to do?

There are lots of Minette waiting with high hopes. We’re always busy before a release aren’t we? Don’t worry about irrelevant things. Focus on the new song.
