Tokki329 was voted by popular vote after a voting was held after the decade old admin wanted to step down after the careless January protest that Sakgaes twisted.

The three candidates later decided to just work temporarily and not be admin so someone became an admin out of nowhere and that admin was a group fan, that's why they cohort with the group fan DC admin. Jieqis didn't know who they were and didn't vote for them.
