Every scavenger that makes their way into Some Person’s trash or leftovers following a holiday. Raccoons, possums, cats, even birds. Each and every one of them, Saint Racc.

Why do we celebrate St. Racc’s Day?

The very act of a recycled harvest or recycled plunder is sacred in itself! To Be A Scavenger And Eat Trash Is Sacred In Itself! It’s a time of cycling in the new and cycling out the old. Of renewing and remaking one’s self.

How do we celebrate St. Racc’s Day?

Make life easier on the poor saint. Leave out some food or shinies. Dress as a scavenger and engage in the act yourself! Clean up or out your living space, re-adjust your social circles, think of ways to reinvent yourself and your presentation.
