Hello, friends. I don’t like making posts like this, but I still really need some help. I don’t think I’ll be able to make rent by the 25th this month. If I can get my campaign to $1000, I’ll be safe for now!

I’m sorry that I have to keep asking. I’ve just been through a lot, and it’s more than I can recover from on my own. My campaign has a final goal of $5000, because it’ll give me the chance to get back on my feet, and find a better future where I can make all the art I want. This could help change my life, and I’ll pay it forward as much as I can in the future.

i’ve never played splatoon, so there are a few inconsistencies here, but i still really like how it turned out.

hey everyone! here’s a bit of an update on my situation!

about two weeks ago, i finally escaped a highly toxic/abusive household for good. i packed everything i could into a suitcase and a backpack and sneaked out to the airport in the middle of the night. i left almost everything i owned behind, spent almost all i had saved up, and… left the only life i ever knew. i don’t have any family left. i don’t really know anyone where i am, and i don’t really know the area. but, i’m trying to get settled into my new place and secure income now.

so, here’s how i want to go forward.

i want to get back in the swing of doing art. i want to take regular commissions, make music albums, write, and i have a bunch of personal projects i want to work on. i have a bunch of video content i want to make, and i want to get more into streaming, both art and gaming stuff. i want to keep a steady patreon going. 

basically, i want to turn content creation into my full time job! i want to use all this to stay afloat while i work on indie game design. i’ve got some big dream projects i’d love to make come true more than anything.

so, in the upcoming months, i’m gonna be working as hard as i can and asking for all the help i can get making this dream a reality.

i’m a little worried about staying afloat right now, honestly. i have rent and bills to keep in mind, i have household expenses, i have to eat, and i… want to be able to have things just for fun and comfort. 

expect more posts from me soon on how you can help. i’ll be putting together commission info, patreon info, and just putting more of my work out there. i’m going to make an update to my youcaring campaign and try to keep that circulating, because any possible donations would still help a whole lot. once my feet are firmly in the water, a little help gaining exposure and recognition would go a long way.

for the time being, if you want to help, i’ve got some amazon wishlists full of stuff i need and want, and my paypal is still open to any kind donations.

i realise there are some loose ends i still have to wrap up - some outstanding commissions that i’m finally in the position to finish, and that will be my priority before loading myself up on new ones.

i have to get this off my chest, because it’s crushing me. what feels like literally the weight of the world.

i’ll try to get my youcaring more exposure outside of this, i guess. it seems to be my best shot at getting out of where i am, for the time being.
