Rainbow Railroad is an organization dedicated to getting LGBT people in unsafe countries into places that are considered more safe. https://www.rainbowrailroad.org/request-help

You can also text or call the Trevor Project, an organization for LGBT Youth Suicide Prevention. Text START to 678-678, or call 1-866-488-7386. You can also online chat with a counselor at chat.trvr.org . I personally used their help line a couple of times as a teenager and found it very helpful. As far I know, they are available everywhere, though they are US based so keep that in mind for cost if you pay for international calls/texts, and all lines are open 24/7. They are English speaking. Also their definition of "youth" is broad. They will not turn you away because you happen to be over 18.
