I always wonder why everytime I walk, I always avoid stepping on dead leaves. It's weird right? I really wonder why. It's just a reflex. As I grow older, I experience having problems beyond my limit. Problems arise because of problems. When my father died, I died. I was in the process of fixing my shattered pieces, But then, my mom died. I died the second time. I realized that I avoid stepping on dead leaves that falls on the ground was a symbol of me. I avoid crashing or tearing them apart, Because you know why? Today, I came to the realization that I am growing up too fast. As I assess my life from the past years, I always come to kiddie parties compared to birthday parties of my friends and classmates. I am often requested to be a ninang. Parang, di na appropriate sa edad namin ung mag birthday party kaya di na ako nakaka attend ng mga ganun. Yung mga party na cinecelebrate ko eh yung mga inuman, or simpleng kainan lang sa restaurant. Sa ganitong edad na pala nangyayari un. Korni na ung mga may birthday party. So this is how grown-ups celebrate their birthdays. Napansin ko lang na puro birthday ng bata ung pinupuntahan ko. Hala, tumatanda na talaga ako! -Tidbits of Gia's Life
