âMy mother would say to me, âLook for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping.â To this day, especially in times of disaster, I remember my motherâs words, and I am always comforted by realizing that there are still so many helpers â so many caring people in this world.â

âWe cannot become whole unless we understand the wisdom of those upon whose shoulders we standâ
The Khamitic Nubian Philosophy
âKhamitâ refers to the original Nubian Maatian culture of the Hapi (Nile) Valley Afrakans. The spelling of âAf-ra-kaâ literally means âFlesh (Af) and soul (ka) of the hidden sun (ra)â.Â
The Khamit are the elders of the Earth. They are the originators of what is commonly known as â Greek philosophyâ, which in actuality, was the Khamitâs way of life. Like âAfricaâ, âEgyptâ is a name given to the ancient Khamities by foreigners. The Khamit people are the spiritual healers, teachers, motivators, and guides of the planet by NTR (The One Most High Creator). The botep (peaceful) ways and original holistic nature of the Khamitic people is a model that, if properly adopted, has the ability to save the Earth.
The ancient ways of the Khamitic people can teach people how to become truly humane again. The Khamitic philosophy brings us the gift of the laying on of hands through the efforts of Ast (Isis) and her sister Hebt-Het (Nephthys) to restore life to the broken body of Asar (Osiris), who became a symbol of reassurance for all humanity.Â
Our Khamitic ancestors viewed NTR (The Creator) as the One/All-Divine from which all life emanates from. However, The Creator has many amazing divine attributes, and all of these manifestations - The NTRU- are aspects of its wholeness.Â
Consider divine emanations like:Â
- Maat: The aspect of balance, truth, law, righteousness, and reciprocityÂ
- Het-Hru (Hathor): The aspect of divine love and beautyÂ
- Nefer Atum: The sacred Lotus, representing the highest ascension and unlimited potentialÂ
-Heru (Horus)- The falcon represents victory, the aspect we can all call upon to fly above all obstacles
- Tehuti (Thoth): the aspect of divine intelligence and so onÂ
âI have come forth between the thighs of divinityâÂ
The Khamities believed that within the realm, the presence of the divine is reflected in the balance worship of NTR- The mother/father creator- where both aspects in one are given equal respect. In the ancient Afrakan spiritual tradition, there is a deep respect for the mother creator and female priestess as well as the father creator and the male priest, very different from modern religion and culture which mostly respects and worships the divine male aspect. The Khamities lived in the philosophy of Maat (harmony) and had respect, reverence, and honor for NTR and its divine manifestations in man and woman and all of nature.Â
The Khamities had a powerful way of bringing their spiritual bodies into balance and healing. It as done by giving sacred words to speak in meditations to evoke the resurrection of the ka (soul).Â
An example of a sacred chant and by far my absolute favorite (something you should say to yourself every morning after you wake up to start your day) :
âNuk pu nuk khu ami khu gemam kheperu M NTR hauâ
~ I am that I am; A shining being dwelling in light, and I come from the limbs of the most high creator
When it seems humanly impossible to do more in a difficult situation, surrender yourself to the inner silence and thereafter wait for a sign of obvious guidance or for a renewal of inner strength.
I'm most definitely a lover. There's a deep need for love and nurture in my soul that's centuries old. I trust the universe to have the perfect person waiting for me.

What Are The Ancient Teachings Of The PurushÄrtha? (The Four Goals Of Life)
There are four goals to life. These goals are as follow:
Dharma (purpose)
Artha (household)
Kama (pleasure)
Moksha (enlightenment)
Typically these goals will come in this order. It is what we should strive for so we can experience this life to the absolute fullest.
Dharma (1st goal)
Dharma is our divine path and purpose. Our call to reason for being here and our path in existence. By living our life in alignment, our purpose, we are following this 1st goal of life.
There are two ways this can be done:
Internally (through intense longing and devotion inside our hearts)
Through the essense of karma (playing out life as compassionately as possible)
Our first goal is to find our calling and live through it with compassion, love and devotion. To commit and to not doubt ourselves or to question our purpose but to fine something we are drawn to achieving.
Artha (2nd goal)
Artha is all about raising a family and living a bountiful life. Though Artha talks about materialism, itâs what you do with it and how you use it. Itâs purpose is to build a community and create connections with other individuals. To raise the next generation of healers. To build a higher vibration within our surroundings.
The Artha is a product of following your Dharma. Artha is manifested when you follow your goals in life.
Kama (3rd goal)
Kama means spiritual pleasure. To enjoy the experience of life through all its stages and cycles. To enjoy existence with compassion and truth in our hearts. Live life with intention!!! Partake in the pleasures of life consciously and without the intentions of doing any harm. Allow yourself to enjoy the existence of you and the energy and beauty that flows within and around you.
Moksha (4th and final goal)
Moksha is pure liberation. Itâs freedom and realization. It is considered to be the goal of existence. Some call it nirvana. It is the liberation from the ego. Both the ego and indentified self coming together as one and merging with all that is being. This realization follows the other three goals usually. Once weâve processed our way through those stages of life consciously, we find gratitude in what was offered to us and realize that we didnât need all these things to have a geniune human experience. Itâs about having a sense of soul completion. There is nothing else to do but to go within. We can allow ourselves to strip away the ego and see the inner truth that only remains.

âhealing is a sloppy and reckless affair. you will fall back into several habits unintentionally, break things that you believed you were in the process of fixing, play games of hide and seek with self love and your ego, but darling, it is so necessary.â
Vibrations live within everything and everyone. To truly understand what a vibration is, you must first realize what it means from a spiritual stance. In spiritual terms, a vibration is the level of consciousness one inhibits at any given moment in time. Although levels are nothing more than a man-made construct (since in nature nothing can truly be defined within levels, everything just is, was and ever will be) Â we still see these vibrations as such.Â
When we live in a low vibration, our ka (soul) is trapped within the ego. Since we donât even realize we are at low vibration, it causes us to remain within the ego. Low vibrational living is considered to be âtamasâ in Hindu philosophy and represents being lost in your egotism altogether. High vibrational living, however, is considered to be âsattvicâ in Hindu philosophy and represents living beyond the egoâs awareness or control. In this state, the ego disappears. It disappears when you realize that you are the full embodiment of consciousness. Someone I really admire on Youtube (link to his channel will be at the end of this) described consciousness as âThe universe itself within an aspect of itselfâ.
Beautiful, isnât it?
We are beyond just our physical form...
When we reach a state of high vibration, we experience our truest nature called Anada, or bliss. Itâs the same bliss we can feel when weâre hanging out with best friends or spending time doing the hobbies we love deeply. itâs something that pulls you away from your own ego. so how do we raise them? where do we start? it doesnât have to be big things either. The littlest goals can go a long way.
  1. Avoid News Media
Although with the events happening around us at this moment and with the pandemic going on, itâs rather hard to avoid going on the news to see how the rest of the world is doing. However, something you must realize with a lot of these media outlets, is that they are trying to program and condition you to act and feel a certain way. You have to realize these are multi-million dollar industries who are just trying everything they can to mold you into the way they want you for money. A lot of them donât offer true facts, just their version of it. Most of the time the news is filled with these low vibrations.
  2. Embrace your emotions!!
Even if your emotions are negative, embrace it! Embrace it consciously though. Allow yourself to feel and then to move on. Feel them, process them, come back around to find some solutions and then move on to the next stage in your life. Donât look back at the past and stay there because thatâs not where you are suppose to be heading. Donât be afraid to contemplate on them though. Remember: some problems donât have instant resolutions so itâs okay to come back around when you more equipped to continue feeling and working through them. With that though, that is not an excuse to seal them up and lock them away forever. Â
Stop feeling shame for your emotions. You are allowed to feel, You are allowed to embrace them. Once you stop feeling shame, you learn to raise your vibration. You automatically raise it by doing so.
By honoring our true nature, we learn to appreciate each emotion in a new way...
  3. Meditate daily!!
Even if you canât meditate daily, try to get at least one session in a week!! Meditation has been a fundamental practice throughout all kinds of different religions, cultures and spiritual journeys. It helps us to ground our ka to the universe in an attempt to release the ego and expand the mind. Meditation can significantly help physical pain, blood pressure, insomnia, depression/other mental illnesses, and even addictions such as drug, sex, and/or alcohol abuse.
   4. Listen to positive music!
This is pretty self-explanatory. Listen to something thatâll uplift your spirit. Itâs the easiest thing to do and so many people donât even realize how much it impacts your energy. Donât get me wrong, I still love to listen to Flatsound and Dandelion Hands, but add that little bit of sunshine spice to your playlist! Trust me, it makes a HUGE difference.
Lastly, just live! Honor life and the beauty of all that is good and bad. Because reality is a natural balance of both.
