I appreciate that, truly ;w; The entire reason I made him Indian/Hindu-based in the first place is because, like Kenni and Ragaeli, he manifested millennia ago, as human cultures were starting to form collective emotions and intimate bonds. And Indian culture is one of the oldest, and his manifestation happens to line up with the emergence of Kamasutra. Which I believe is a really beautiful, healthy, sensual lifestyle practice. But I also understand that, as a sheltered white virgin in the Western world, there is some need for me to be mindful. Especially since, when it comes down to it, he is meant to satiate my Hyper kink (and many of my own kinks in general), I won't even sugarcoat that. I want to make some very blatantly graphic porn of him going forward LMAO so I also don't want him to come off as a gross example of Exoticism. He isn't hot to me because he's Indian, he's hot because that dick is the size of a sofa, and he's stuck in a constant pleasure-loop for eternity 👌 But people will find a way to get the wrong idea.

So to that end, I do still think I want to make some tweaks to him going forward. He is not THE god of Kamasutra, he simply incorporates it into sessions with those who openly practice it. His temple isn't just a Hindu-based temple; it was always meant to be a melting-pot of various cultures, human and magical. Maybe he's not an established god that was banished; He was never a Divine being, but an Astral Deity that simply got curious enough about mortals to make his own little bubble-dimension to indulge with them. He's keeping the perma-reverse-chastity-belt tho, maybe by the sheer force of him always thinking "I never want to stop feeling pleasure", he ended up entrapping himself with it. :3c I might also give him more mystical features like pointy ears, horns, maybe a tail? And lean much more into the fact that he is a shapeshifter; I've only ever showcased it with his Naga form and female form. This would all serve to mirror that one goopy shapeshifting character I've hinted at: his 'Dark' counterpart that I have yet to reveal.

Also, maybe he'll go by other names besides just Kama, the way Morpheus and Eldrich go by different monikers throughout different time periods. "Kama" in itself is simply the sanskrit word for pleasure and sensuality, but it can also be conflated with the Hindu god Kamadeva, which is NOT what he is meant to represent, even if there are similarities in their MO. If anything, I like the idea that he looks up to Kamadeva as a source of inspiration 👍 and gently corrects people that they are not one in the same.
