Hey, guys. I know it’s been a while, but I made another cake, and I wanted to share it with you all. This one is a baby lace monitor lizard cake that I made for my best friend’s birthday. I hope you like it. <3

Been a long time since I made anything or posted pictures of my cakes, but here’s one I did recently! I hope you guys like it. He’s a Bearded Dragon.

I did my first wedding cake the other day for a friend’s wedding. I don’t think it’s half bad for a first try. I was really nervous doing it, since I’ve never made one before... but I kind of love the dragon. And they loved it, which is what really matters. <3

One of my friends is having a Harry Potter marathon, which got me thinking about drinks and treats from the wizarding world. So, I came up with this idea for fire whiskey. I hope you all like it! It’s my first video tutorial, too. Apologies for sounding like a twelve year old, though.

And brownie points to anyone who can tell me which anime this is from.

I made a crocodile cake for my best friend’s birthday. It goes along with the theme that we have going. Last year was a snake cake, and next year will be another reptile. Aaaanyway... People really liked it! Some people were actually staring as I was carrying it along the street. Two people even asked if it was real! And I finally found the perfect chocolate cake recipe to carve. It’s amazing. I hope you all like it, and I’ll be posting a tutorial on it when finals are over... and after I get back from Australia.

I seem to have a thing for painting pictures of cute anime guys onto pies. Anyone recognize him? Here's a hint. It's a PEACH pie.

Aaaand. This is how you procrastinate. I made a meyer lemon entremet last night instead of studying. The best way to procrastinate.

I might have a new obsession. Maybe. It's called an entremet. I can't actually pronounce it, but... this one was delicious. Raspberry cream... Deliciousness. And I just came up with the idea to do one that's Jojo's Bizarre Adventure themed. Hopefully, after I get out of lab tomorrow, I'll have time to make it. Because it's totally normal to bake your own birthday cake.... Right? That's right. I turn 22 tomorrow. I'm so oooooold. Um. No offense to everyone who's older than that. It only applies to me. Anyone else who's 22 is still a baby. Right... I'm going to go study plants now.

I finally got around to making another Kuroshitsuji recipe, this time from chapter 38. They're custard chou creams, or basically cream puffs with crème pâtissière filling instead of whipped cream. Yay! And they're pretty darn good. Actually, the crème pâtissière filling is the best I've ever made. So good... Anyway, I'll be posting a tutorial on how to make them when life lets me.

Hey, sorry it's been so long. I got kidnapped (by my parents, which makes it legally okay. Apparently.) and taken to our cabin for a week or so, which meant no internet. But, while I was there, I worked on this! On... a wood burning stove. NEVER AGAIN. Anyway... Look! Cake in the shape of books. And a laptop made out of chocolate, with a zombie dragon from Warhammer 40k trying to come out of the screen. He broke the computer screen. Bad zombie dragon. It was a late (very, very late) birthday present, but I think he liked it. I worked on it for like four days in order to have it ready for New Years. And it was ready on time, with an hour to spare! And now... I shall try to go back to making anime food.

.... So, hi. I know, I know. It's been a long time since I posted. I'M SORRY! Finals happened. And life. But mostly finals. But they're over now, my grades are back, and I think my brain is (slowly) starting to function again. Kind of. I've spent most of the past two days staring at the wall, watching too much Boys Over Flowers, Lilyhammer, Doctor Who, and... I have no idea. Moving on. A while back I saw this post that showed that a cafe in Japan was selling drinks with Sebastian's contract on the top. I decided I must have one. Since I'm trying to lay off the coffee, I made a drink that I think Ciel would approve of. It's Earl Grey hot chocolate, and I think it may be one of my new favorite drinks. It's the best of hot chocolate and tea. I'm actually drinking it as I type this. Gooood. Oh, and the top is sweetened barely whipped cream with the design drawn on in espresso powder mixed with a little water. Sorry it's a little messy. I think my coffee drawing needs work. Or I should not try and do it with the tip of a knife. Either or. Anyway, hopefully I'll be back posting up anime recipes soon. Happy holidays, everyone!
