I feel overwhelmed by all the possibilities I see. However, having possibilities does not mean I have to do them all. It means I can chose what is necessary to me right now.

Inspiration is my signature move on the hoop 😊

Yesterday, I had all day the thought that if I stop I cannot go on. I went to see a performance installation about mental health, and there was a room to integrate what you saw: sit with your thoughts, write them down, talk to a psychotherapist, draw. I took a paper and started drawing a continuous line. During this time the thought that if I stop I cannot continue became obsessive. At one point though, without consciously thinking about it, I took up the pen tip from the paper and continued drawing somewhere else. I am fine.

I ran out of post its and inspiration 🤭
