I think he's still similar to Spade in the way of not prioritizing finding a relationship or seeing it as unnecessary. He's busy! He has to help everyone around him! No time for love! He's also a lot more selfless than Spade is. He does still have some more self focused qualities, but he's significantly more selfless. He's not focused on himself all too much.
That is to say, if he met someone who showed him such affection, his face would turn as pink as his hair and he wouldn't know how to respond. In panic he might be extremely awkward and deliver a spine shattering suplex. Watch out
How is Redd's financial situation? If he desided to let others stay willingly from start it he should be atleast somewhat stable right?

Question(s): Is Redd (and by extension Joker ig) interested in sex/romance? Is he queer, in any shape or form in your (head)canon?
This is something that will prooobably be more elaborated on when we get started on the Suitswap blog, but for now I think it's at the very least important to acknowledge that Redd is def aspec in some way. How so is to be determined eventually. But no matter what his pov is, he is absolutely queer in some regard
As for canon Joker my personal take on him could also be somewhat aspec but he's definitely interested in romance. Just another human thing that fascinates him. It makes him feel good :) Not all of it is for him though
If by Joker you actually meant Suitswaps Jester thennn. Shrugs. It's not his biggest concern right now
