Hyyl18 because when i was youngest i had a group in a random app with some friends and i didnt knew qhat username to use so i decided to create one with things i used to read since we were talking abt fanfic in this group so: Hot Yaoi Yuri Lemon +18 stuff (i was in my dirty era dont dare to judge me). Hyyl18 thats it. Now i use it everywhere yay

basically bards are important in my book series, and that was inspired from the bard yaskier from the Witcher, and I feel like it was something he'd say about himself so I went with that.

So my.first username was wendigoweirdo but someone told me that it was offensive to native American tribes so I changed it to willow weirdo. And then I just felt like adding the daydreamer because that's was I am :3

Moots:

i used to be 'grape-soda-and-impish-behaviour' because i was drinking grape soda a lot and one of my main ocs at the time was called imp then i deactivated and came back as 'soda-imp' cause it was shorter yet still matched my purple theme and mood ^^

and then i changed it to 'soda-sprite' because my theme was sort of greenish with a fairycore vibe to it and my mood was more 'spritely' but i still liked soda and also still wanted to be recognisable to my moots so i kept the soda bit and i haven't changed it since!! :D

i've been thinking of changing it to soda-pop [what some of my moots call me and also the 'pop' bit matches my party theme] though... unsure! :]

Okay, so my real username wasn't actually supposed to be potatoanarchist, I made that up on a whim and I have a mind to change it. It was supposed to be Xaosix, and for a very personal reason.

To keep it as simple as possible for you, someone I knew died a while back. I had known them for my entire life--seriously, they were around since I was a baby. We had a nickname for them and that's why the six that's apart of my username. I'm not specifying what the nickname was.

The other part of my username is a reference to my mom's name. No, her name doesn't start with X. It starts with J, but I've decided to keep it as X to make a little XO sort of w/ the Xaosix. In case you can't see it

The XO is for both her and the person.

If I end up changing my user or online name twenty times and twenty times again, this is something that will always remain the same. It just...hits a bit different when people call me that instead of potato.

As for potatoanarchist...yeah, the reason is a tad sad, too. I've had this...mentality for the past few years that has proven to be incredibly detrimental. And I've always tried to get rid of it, like an anarchist would their government, but it's always felt too small. Like a potato. But then I smiled and got the idea that maybe I could make somebody smile with that username, a small thing ( a potato ) lightening their mood ( anarchist ). So I kept it.

You'll soon notice a lot of the decisions I make are born from personal experiences/ideas.

Why?

Because In third grade I was um.. lets say a chaotic child and was not on the right pills for My ever so present ADHD. This was the second year I was on a med like that and the perscription changed. My modu wasn't handling it too well so I was a 3-4 foot ball of blonde anger. My third grade teacher must have done /said something to piss me off. So using all might of a third grader i had.. i picked up on of those those chairs ( there was no desk on them) and SMACKED my third grade teacher with it. I got in trouble and she hated me after that but I wasn't moved to a different teacher which was weird.

My new one is just my name and rambles because I like to ramble

Feral has changed to ‘Farrell’ to make it an actual name, but I kept the simple ‘Feral’ for my usernames for the fun of it, and it has ‘goat’ because Farrell is a satyr.

At the time I switched from my old user/nickname, I was really into the whole autumn vibe/aesthetic so I wanted to incorporate it into my name somehow - and yes, I did consider Autumn itself, and I still think about it sometimes - so I looked up autumn related words and things and landed on the maple tree. It's a fall staple and has pretty leaves that change color over the fall, which is one of my favorite things about the season. So I took Maple Leaf on.

Then, of course, comes the word play — leaf, when plural, becomes leaves, the same word we use when we're leaving something behind. At the time, I didn't post regularly, and I knew I needed some sort of art word in my user so ppl would know I'm an art account, hence maple leaves art. I drop art and leave for the month

I also have mapleleafwrites for my AO3, since it's not art and ergo mapleleavesart wouldn't fit, and mapleleavesart23 for my art fight account because mapleleavesart was taken. I added 23 because that was the year I became mapleleavesart. I didn't want to add my birth year or anything like that but it needed to be an important number so I picked the birth of the name instead

So I used to have a very dear group of online friends/Tumblr moots that I would Skype with circa 2010 B.D. (before Discord). One of them was still learning English as a second language and so they had trouble saying my old username at the time. Unfamiliar syllables and all that.

Our little group instantly loved the odd-but-charming-way this friend said it and my username continued to devolve, not unlike a pet's name, until it ended up as just "Faru". [Originally 'Fah-ru'/'Far-oo' if you were curious, but 'Fay-ru' and all other versions are just as fun! 😊]

Years after we drifted apart/lost contact, one day I needed a new username and remembered that old nickname. So now, I use it to remember them in a way 💞

When it's somehow taken already or when I need to meet a minimum character requirement, though...

Firefox used to be (still sort of is) my favorite browser and I thought I could make mine sound like a parody of it. ...and because foxes in general are just plain cute 🦊

Thus, 'FaruFox' was born!

It's been my go-to for a while so if you see it elsewhere, it's probably me! 👋

Basically there's a character named Vermouth from the animanga Detective Conan, who is my favorite character from it, she works for an organisation who kills people, one specific instance when she had to kill a target by making her swallow a pill that kills pretty quickly and doesn't leave traces (or it doesn't and it lives you with an interesting side effect), instead of feeding the pill by using her hands, like it has been shown more than once, she held the pill between her teeth and she kissed her victim. Now there was literally no reason for her to do that, if not for toxic evil yuri reasons, canonically this character has been shown kissing only this other one, she also has very big chemistry with other female characters as well, therefore I decided to make my username in honor of the fact that she is a woman kisser

Dragons have always been my favorite thing ever since I was a kid, so I usually include them in my online names and personas. I made this account almost ten years ago, when I was also very much into any anime or Japanese media I could get my hands on.

The account name is supposed to be Japanese for "Dragon's Courage" (which I picked in honor of the personalities of my two favorite YGO characters, Jounouchi and Seto). Unfortunately I left off the second 'u' in yuuki when I made the account, so instead the title has been "Dragon's Snow" thanks to a typo that has existed for almost a decade. :P
