I always wondered how the titan problem could be solved without eldians dying or being forced to not have kids, and I think I got it now! I think I know what Eren is trying to do (tho I don’t know what the rumbling has to do with it yet...)

Titans don’t come from eldians! They come from the little girl Ymir who is trapped in the path world who makes titans for the real world (out of sand)! Which means that if she is no longer there, Titans can’t be created/summoned! So this brings me to the theory that the baby in the final AoT panel is Ymir reborn, held by Eren, telling her that she is now free at last (cuz she was a slave for over 2000 years). I believe that Eren wants her to leave the path world so that titans will no longer continue being created! And he’ll do it by allowing her to be reborn, leave the path world and live again as a free human!
