It's been a week since I started intermittent fasti and eating 700-800kcal max/day and I lost 3kg so far ! (+36h fast yesterday).
The only downside is the headaches I get sometimes, they stop me from sleeping which f up my sleep schedule :/.
Sometimes I wonder if this feeling will ever go away, if some day I will suddenly stop thinking about my body and calories
