“Well that’s what happens when you choose a physically demanding job. I mean if you just sat behind the counter, it wouldn’t be so bad, but someone has to fix the machines when things get stuck, and that’s not a fun job. I’ve watched you climb into the back, just so you could dislodge balls that people continually throw, even though it’s clearly broken. Honestly, I think you deserve the drained feeling.”

“So, about your offer for me to move in–what day works with you? If you still are okay with that.” @ryanhillap​ 

“I’m pretty free all week, so whenever is more convenient for you. I know you don’t have much when it comes to material things, so I can help you bring everything in from your van, or I can just give you space to make your room feel more...well you.”

London’s plan for moving on to a new relationship should be going very well, but the destiny I was not collaborating as should be in that story. On the first night that she decided to go out with a new guy, she found R&R playing in a nightclub, and it was just impossible to ignore Ryan’s voice. The girl always loved to listen to her ex sing, uh? And, after buying a beer, she just felt like needed to do like the olds times and move to the front stage to watch in a better position the band performed. Her eyes were just connected to the beautiful figure from the singer when she moved to stop in front of him, feeling your body being pushed slightly by other people in the process. Even if @ryanhillap​ didn’t notice it, London wanted to be there so close.

Ryan hadn’t planned on booking his band for tonight, but when the owner had called him in a panic after his last band cancelled at the last minute, the rocker knew it must be a sign. He didn’t like turning down shows. He wanted his band to blow up one day, and that wouldn’t happen if he didn’t put himself out there. “Your thoughts become your enemies, When you're locked inside this cage life can feel dead to me, and all that's left is rage.” Ryan sang as he gripped the mic as he sang to the crowd. Scanning the crowd as he moved into the next verse, Ryan’s eyes connected with a pair he had memorized long ago. Turning towards his band mates as he told them to cut, Ryan was quick to whisper into Dustin’s ear, knowing the long haired man would know what he wanted in that very  moment. “Sorry guys, I think we are going to change it up a bit tonight. Here’s a song I wrote not very long ago, and I think someone might need to hear it.” Ryan spoke as the opening notes began playing. “Living on the west side born and raised made a deal with the devil, found glory days. There's no way that I'll stay, driving down on highway 75, watch the world come down on borrowed time. Find some way to escape but we all find home, we all find home. Do you remember all the plans we made? Hope and praying for a better day. Tell me what ever happened to the love we gave? The promise that we both betrayed and the songs we sang, the times we fought for everything. Tell me whatever happened to what I've become..The pain I feel for where I'm from.”

“ Fair enough” she said trying to get comfortable in the chair but was struggling a little because of nerves.”Ok  I’ll stay as still as I can, just don’t rush too much, I deserve a cool tattoo” she teased playfully”

Looking up at the raven haired beauty with a look of pure insult etched on his fair features, Ryan shook his head. “I would never intentionally do a bad tattoo. When I have a client, I do what I can to make it look as epic as I possibly can. I’m a professional.” He knew he shouldn’t be so irritated by her statement, but he was. “So tell me, what do you have planned after you’re done here?”

Wren: Oh, no--Ryan, go on your date. I can wait whenever to get it touched up. It' not that important, okay? [ LAUGHS ] You needed to live your life and go on dates. I'm not overworking myself, okay? I'm doing what I need to do to get by and to live the life I eventually want.

Dustin couldn’t help but chuckle at his story” OH trust me,I’ve had a one or two of those before, but since I’m a dick I just made those for them, overcharged them and laughed at the result” Dustin wasn’t even the least ashamed, if people are dumb enough to get this drunk they deserve what’s coming for them. 

“We need to be careful when we do that, because there’s a section on our release form that asks about alcohol, and if we could see they are obviously under the influence, they could get me on that as a technicality. I have to think of it from a business standpoint.” Slapping a hand to his back with a laugh, Ryan was quick to go back to his sketch. “So I was thinking it might be about time for us to play another show. I have a few songs in the works that I really want to put out there.”

Kira chuckled at Ryans story, she had never gotten a tattoo drunk but she could imagine it was not too good of an experience.” You’re such a nice guy” she teased playfully as she looked down at her ankle where Ryan was about to tattoo on her, she was a little nervous, it was actually her first tattoo.

All the raven haired man could do was shake his head as he snapped his gloves into place. “More like I didn’t want an angry customer coming back and wasting my time on why I didn’t stop him. I can’t tell you how often it actually happens.” Quickly running a razer over the area that he would be working, Ryan glanced up at his friend. “Ready? I promise I’ll try to get this done as quickly as possible, but you’re going to have to stay as still as you possibly can.”

Wren: [ SILENT ] Sorry. I don't think it'd take too long to touch up? Just the K is fading. I have a day off this weekend around 9pm. Is that too late? Well, I'll be a writer for this online paper. It works because it fits within my other jobs and as long as I meet deadlines and all the criteria, I should be set to go. I don't know how legit it is, but at least it's a step further from working at a diner and a bowling alley.

Wren: Mmmmhm, I get it. You got needs. [ LAUGHS ] Alone time is nice, but we can just go somewhere else or even back to his place. It's no biggie and--I don't even know if--I'm sorry, I don't know if I should be talking to you about the details, you're probably the last person to want to hear about it. Speaking of clients, maybe you can touch up my inner lip soon? Please? Well, if I do move in, it won't be much and you can keep the aesthetic of everything. Yea, I'm 100% sure. I might be getting another job and so it won't be a problem.

Wren: Oh, yea, groupies. Don't blame them. Hey, you don't need to make yourself feel like you aren't comfortable in your own home. I...You know I am not exactly the type to hook up. I don't think you'd be seeing different faces every time. What? You...you don't view my van as safe? If there is a home intruder I just...drive off [ LAUGHS ] I appreciate you, Ryan. You don't need to pay me back, you're offering me a place to stay.

Wren: [ LIGHT LAUGH ] I'm glad you feel that way. Well--not the part about you not being wanted. I do want you around, just...maybe not in that way. Oh, dates huh? Who is the lucky person? I...I might have someone come around too. Do you really want me to move in with you? Okay, awesome--um, the usual order? Or are you feeling something different?
