Hello, arcana fandom!

Reblog if you think asexual/platonic routes should be a thing, especially in plot-driven dating sims because

1) ace/aro people deserve to have an option to see the plot without being made uncomfortable by unwanted advances

2) allosexual people sometimes need to be reminded that friendships are as important and can be as fulfilling as romance

3) teens should have an option to not romance characters the youngest of whom is in their early 20s when the game is rated PG-13

4) it would be cool if the devs didn't just mention aroace rep on social media but actually put it into the game

I saw this on Facebook a while ago and a friend pointed out that the text on the bottom is very important. As it turns out, they aren't actually paying $18/hr for the life of your career there. It's a temporary thing, like 3 months or so, and then they drop your pay to minimum wage. It's another tactic to take advantage of people because that's all capitalism is really capable of.

I occasionally think that fandom culture is settled down over the years, Then I remember THAT THE CITRUS SCALE IS COMING BACK!

I barely memorized it when it went was phased out and now I have to rememorize it because im a dumb bitch! Why did we bring it back?

Im trying to avoid bots here but yall get the basics of it im shocked I actually remembered it. But still I need to refresh my old knowledge and I feel old because I remember when it was super common.

After listening to that young lady fireman testify yesterday I'm convinced this is true. I initially thought perhaps Chauvin was just another racist cop who let his disdain for Blacks allow him to treat Floyd cruelly.

But after hearing that Chauvin ignored repeated requests to provide life support from an identified paramedic at the scene, not ten feet away, convinces me he had malicious intent.

Hot take but you can’t learn about paganism without also learning about white supremacy and how it uses pagan religions to push hate group agendas all over the world today. If you don’t learn about the connections between the two and how it operates, your ignorance enables white supremacists to keep on doing it and using it to recruit others. People in our community who do nothing and stay silent are literally a part of the problem, there is no opting out whatsoever. Divorcing the two makes the issue repeat itself over and over and over again.

It’s not hard to include this in your research and stay aware. It’s the bare minimum.
