Though I struggle with the platforming, I still had fun exploring and interacting with the characters.

The boss fights confuse and frustrate me sometimes, so that was tough 😅

Finished my replay of XCOM: Enemy Unknown.

This game has its charms, but I played too much of XCOM 2 & the WOTC DLC that I missed all the fancy stuff they had there 😅

Also, I get why there are theories that the Alien Base assault was a failure. No alien bodies were found in the final battle 👀

It was a lot of fun to play a hack & slash game after so long. I enjoyed managing the skills and equipment a lot.

I got invested in the stories within Sanctuary, but I wasn’t that satisfied with the main since I won’t play the expansion.

Otherwise, good fun 👍🏻

Another banger from the dev of Emerald Seaglass. I still don’t like the water portions, but I like everything else 😆😂

I bought this game a while ago, thinking that it was some sort of planet sim game, but I was pleasantly surprised to find out it’s just a chill platforming game where you somehow control the planet’s day & night cycle 😃✌🏻

I love the beautiful environment, the alien flora & fauna - even the robot enemies lol

The stealth mechanic, the momentum-based platforming, the intriguing puzzles and mysteries…they all make up what Planet Alpha is for me.

A chill and short game - perfect to play in between big ones. Definitely worth a try 👍🏻

I definitely appreciate more of Mirage after going through Ezio’s trilogy. But they should have kept in the walk and talk feature - saves me time from losing the NPC in the crowd 😅

It was nice to be back in Hoenn but I do not miss the surfing parts lol

Maybe playing semi-blind up until the final gym was fine, but I really should have prepared more for the Elite Four. Let’s just say, I should not have sold my revives 🙃

Overall, it’s nice to be playing an AC game again. Except that by the end of Revelations, I got that AC fatigue seeping in 😅

Brotherhood is the standout for me in this trilogy - an upgrade from the first game but still kept things simple.

The city renovations, recruiting assassins and taking down enemy towers were the most fun activities for me. It is with great reluctance that I sent my recruits on one last mission before I close the game 🫡

(Also a bit pissed that one recruit died in story mission 😭)

It’s been so good to play an AC game again 🥰 I finally get to experience Ezio’s story, but I’ll take time for diving into the other 2 games in the trilogy 🫡

This started off as baby’s first platforming and quickly became more and more complex later on. I both love and hate that 😅😂

Happy to note that you can skip the minigames if you can’t be bothered with them. Big plus! 💜

It does feel like a farewell game from the Dragon Age team and they truly went out with a bang!

I’m not a big fan of the combat but I was very engaged with the story. So if I ever replay, I would go for the easiest difficulty lol

This is a beautifully gross game with all the cartoon gores and meat-eating seagulls - it is strange yet thoughtful.

Everyone should try it at least once 👍🏻

I honestly had a lot of fun in this game even though at times I felt it went on for too long. I learned once again that I don’t have to do every side quest - just enough to not be underleveled when fighting the Big Bad lol

This cute cat-dog RPG is one of those games that can force me to grind 😂 no penalties for overleveling; I’m just lazy af LOL

I’m a gameplay girlie first so I’m not gonna comment much about gameplay; this is a narrative first game after all.

I honestly like Abby a lot more than Ellie in this game in terms of storyline. At least some people survived 😃👍🏻
